We are a specialist insurance intermediary and our primary service is to distribute low priced, but high quality holiday insurance cover. We have a range of products including single trip holiday insurance, long stay holiday insurance, annual multi trip holiday insurance, ski holiday insurance and more for individuals, couples and families. Families can benefit from great savings with free cover for children on their parents or guardian's policy. Those with pre-existing medical conditions are invited to apply to have these conditions covered. Our products are designed to meet the needs of holidaymakers as they can be fully tailored to meet each individual's needs. All our holiday insurance policies are arranged with Professional Travel Insurance Company Limited (PTI) by means of an exclusive price arrangement that allows Complete Ski to provide very low prices. Our products are only available to UK residents aged under 65 years old and are distributed via the Internet.

All emergency medical assistance for our products is undertaken by Astrenska Assistance on behalf of the underwriter, and all holiday insurance claims are handled by Global Claims Services on behalf of the underwriter, with the exception of legal claims expenses which are handled by Enterprise Insurance Company PLC. These are highly customer-focused and reputable organisations, which enjoy the economies of scale that come from being specialists in their field. This enables them to maximise the speed and effectiveness required to meet the needs of our customers, without having to pass on excessive administration costs to the customer by means of higher premiums.

All holiday insurance claims must be notified via our claims form direct to the claims service. In case of emergency when holidaying, our customers must contact the assistance service via the telephone number provided on their policy schedule; this is provided online with each policy purchase confirmation. Should you need to make a holiday insurance claim or require emergency assistance, these companies have the ability to ensure you receive the assistance you need.
