Les Deux Alpes - France
The second oldest ski resort in France, Les Deux Alpes is popular all year round, thanks to the largest skiable glacier in Europe. Perfect for beginner and intermediate skiers, the new ski lift to the off piste at La Grave ensures that experts can also enjoy Les Deux Alpes.
For such a traditional resort, Les Deux Alpes is strikingly enthusiastic about snowboarding. It has a large snowpark, one of the best in Europe, which hosts the World Snowboard Exhibition every October. This is a chance for some of the world's biggest stars to come and show off. Naturally it draws crowds.
