Resort Guides
Mayrhofen - Resort Guide
Mayrhofen - Austria
Mayrhofen is one of the most popular ski resorts in the Tyrol, and understandably so given its suitability for those interested in skiing, snowboarding, or enjoyable après-ski. Sandwiched between the Penken and Ahorn mountains, Mayrhofen caters best to the intermediate or advanced skier, given the predominance of blue and red runs relative to green and black.
Ski passes can be bought giving access to the Zillertall Ski Area which includes the nearby resorts of Finkenberg, Eggalm and Rastkogel. The après-ski scene is fun without inhibiting those who want a quieter time.

We're in the process of putting together snow reports and forecasts for the resort, so check back again soon for updates.
