Selva Val Gardena - Italy

Just 25 miles (40km) from Bolzano Airport, Selva val Gardena is good resort for a quick getaway. It combines with nearby Santa Cristina to form the Sella Ronda area, which has more than 175 kilometres of piste. The majority of this is red and blue standard, so experts will want to try out nearby Arabba.

Selva is also home to a livelier après scene than many Italian resorts, which takes place within an otherwise traditional and attractive wooded village.
