What is baselayer?
Skiing is sweaty work. You need to stay comfortable on the slopes, and to do that you need to pick the right baselayer garments. Modern baselayer technology can draw sweat away from your body (known as ‘wicking’) and out of your jacket, keeping your skin warm and dry.
More importantly, it prevents the dangerous build up of sweat on your skin which, if you stay out in the cold too long, could pose a serious health risk. We recommend these baselayer garments to keep you safe:
